Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused tiles in their original packaging, ensuring they are flat and protected to prevent any bending or adhesive damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned tiles to confirm they are in resellable condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
